Shipping within the European Union

We use the transport services of UPS and DPD, depending on the destination and size of the parcel, in order to offer our customers the most suitable transport costs. However, we do cover a small part of the shipping costs. For customers located in Poland, transport is free of charge, except for Little Planet decorations which require special packaging.

Depending on the destination, delivery takes between 24 hours and 5 working days.

The countries served are as follows: France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Estonia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic.

Shipments outside the European Union and abroad

They are carried out by the Polish postal service (Poczta Polska) and their partners at foreign posts. Since the Brexit, deliveries to the UK have been slightly lengthened.

Processing time before leaving the country is approximately 3 to 5 working days.

Depending on the destination, delivery takes between 5 and 8 working days on average. For customers on the other side of the Atlantic, please allow an extra 5 to 10 working days during the busy end-of-year period.
