We take extreme care to ensure that our decorations arrive in perfect condition, whatever their destination. Each item is carefully packed, and large-format pieces are reinforced for transport.
Despite all these precautions, we ask our customers to check the condition of their parcels upon arrival.
Protecting creations for shipping
Shipping within the European Union
We use the transport services of UPS and DPD, depending on destination and parcel size, in order to offer our customers the most suitable rates. However, we cover a small portion of the transport cost. For customers located in Poland, shipping is free of charge, except for Little Planet decorations which require specific packaging.
Depending on the destination, delivery takes between 24 hours and 5 working days.
The countries served are: France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Estonia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic.
Shipments outside the European Union and abroad
These are handled by the Polish postal service (Poczta Polska) and its international partners. Since Brexit, deliveries to the United Kingdom take slightly longer. The processing time before leaving the country is approximately 3 to 5 working days.
Depending on the destination, delivery takes an average of 5 to 8 working days. For customers overseas, please allow an additional 5 to 10 working days during the busy end-of-year period.
