How to Return an Ordered Item
The customer has a period of thirty (30) days from the delivery date to exercise their right of withdrawal and notify the seller of their intention to return the ordered item. The customer must send an email to: info@delorentis.com, to which the seller will respond as promptly as possible.
The received item must be returned to the seller in its original product box, if applicable. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received by the customer.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The customer will be fully refunded for their order (including the item and shipping costs) no later than 15 days after the seller has received the returned item.
Note: Customized creations (design and manufacturing) that were agreed upon beforehand between the seller and the buyer are excluded from this policy.
