Our creations are carefully packaged in special containers. Depending on the model, they are protected with polystyrene wedges, bubble wrap or cardboard paper. Standard clocks are packaged in specially dedicated packaging.
Deliveries within the European Union
Most European Union countries are served. If this is not the case, please contact us.
Depending on the destination, shipments are handled by international carriers UPS and DPD.
The customer can track the delivery of his parcel via his customer account page.
Depending on the destination, shipping time ranges from 24 hours to 5 working days.
Deliveries outside the European Union
Shipments to Europe and the rest of the world are handled by the Polish Post Office (Poczta Poska) and its partners abroad. Priority mail is used.

Depending on the destination, shipping takes from 5 days to 2 weeks.

Several destinations have been activated for the Middle East and South America. Depending on the destination country, the buyer may be required to pay customs duties and/or product taxes to the relevant customs authorities.
Shipments to Australia are only made in economy mode (by boat) and take between 2 and 3 months.
! Shipments to Israel have been suspended due to difficulties on the receiving end.
