Our creations are carefully packed in specially designed packaging. Depending on the model, they are protected with polystyrene inserts, bubble wrap or cardboard. Standard clocks are packed in specially dedicated packaging.
Deliveries within the European Union
We deliver to most countries within the European Union. If your country is not available, please contact us.
Shipments are handled by the French carrier Colissimo.
Customers can track their parcel delivery via their customer account page.
Deliveries outside the European Union
Shipments to certain countries outside the EU can be handled by the French postal services (Colissimo) and their international partners. Please contact us if your destination is not available.
Shipments to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom have been disabled due to customs and transport costs that are difficult for our customers to bear.
